A graduate of the University of Louisville, she holds a BSBA in Accounting and has spent the last 15 years specializing in real estate and property management accounting. Since joining Dunn Property Management in 2015, Linda has played a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all reporting. Kimmy Beschoner is a Property Manager with Dunn Property Management, bringing 20 years of experience in property management and real estate to the team.
